After completing the installation and measurements, be sure to cover the contact plane between the concrete and the furnace itself. And not just cement, but a specialized composition with fire-resistant properties.

Facing masonry does not include a facing type of brick. Only solid, ceramic. When purchasing these materials, it is advisable to consult with the seller, who will definitely convince you of purchasing yellow (fireclay) or red solid ceramic bricks.

The chimney also requires attention. Here it is better to hire an experienced worker. It is worth considering that the manufacturer has already taken care of the diameter of the chimney, so reducing it is prohibited. It is also worth taking care of the health of users and not installing asbestos cement at all.

Installation tips:

• The design of the furnace does not require a special foundation, but the foundation for it must be prepared. It is performed using brickwork. The base area is 70x70 cm, the height should be more than 10 cm.
• Cover the walls adjacent to the stove using bricks and insulate them with heat-insulating materials.
• If you plan to heat the stove from the waiting room, make a hole “with a reserve” in the partition between it and the steam room.
• On the prepared base, lay a layer of heat insulation material and an iron sheet on which the furnace structure is installed. The firebox is inserted into the partition.
• Fill the stove with stones.
• Cover the floor boards with a metal apron, which is secured over a sheet of thermal insulation.
• Mount the decorative trim on the front section of the firebox, install the ash pan and the door.
• Install the pipe. If the roof is flat, the height of the pipe should be more than half a meter, if it is gable - more than one and a half meters.
• Weld a metal screen to the predetermined contact point between the ceiling and the pipe. This part reliably connects the two halves of the pipe and protects the ceiling from elevated temperatures.
• The water tank, as well as the heat exchanger, should be installed simultaneously with the main pipe.

Exploitation

There is nothing modernized or non-standard in the operation of the stove itself. But the first heating will definitely be uncomfortable due to the strong smell. The first and second fireboxes are carried out strictly with the doors (windows, if any) open. Do not heat the structure as much as possible during these periods.

It is better to control the heating process by examining everything that is adjacent to the stove, as well as the chimney. Feel the cladding nailed nearby and other interior structures of the bathhouse. It is at this time that it will be clear whether everything has been done properly.

Further operating rules are as follows:

• Pine, spruce or maple - these firewood will quickly smoke the stove system. The chimney will be clogged.
