Billiards is a game for a warm, friendly company. Realizing this and assuming that the customer is unlikely to take water procedures alone, our team made sure that there was enough space in the house for everyone.

Directly from the vestibule you can get into a huge recreation room with a fireplace, combined with a kitchen-dining room. There is a lot of light and space, comfort and coziness. Even 6-7 people can sit comfortably in the room without disturbing each other.

The recreation room is the logical center of the layout. From here we go straight to the bathhouse complex - a separate location with a dressing room, sink, steam room and toilet. Or, turning in the other direction, we move into a cozy and comfortable guest bedroom. Or we go through the kitchen area to the billiard room.

Both directly from the porch and from the billiards room - going through the sliding stained glass doors - you can go out onto a semi-open terrace. It is noteworthy that for entry from the street, instead of steps, there is a small, gentle ramp. This solution is justified for guests who, for one reason or another, find it inconvenient to climb stairs.

And inside the terrace there is an impressive expanse for real relaxation in nature while maintaining walking distance to everyday amenities. Here there is a large dining table, a soft sofa that seems to welcome guests into a warm embrace, pleasant diffused light, and a wooden ceiling breathing a calming coolness.

And, of course, the main highlight is a solid stationary barbecue oven, on which you can cook dishes of various national cuisines or heat up ready-made delicacies immediately before serving. By the way, you won’t have to go far for fuel - the woodshed is located under one of the walls of the building, literally a few steps from the terrace.

The total area of the facility is almost 144 square meters. Obviously, in many cases there is no need to occupy half of the site for a leisure location or erect a bulky two-story building. Our project for a one-story bathhouse with a billiard room is the best confirmation that with a competent and balanced approach to planning, it is possible to place everything you need, occupying a minimum of usable space in the garden area. And as a result, get a comfortable, functional, modern and aesthetically impeccable building for a family or friendly vacation filled with pleasant impressions and positive emotions.
